You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pluss77 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. pluss77 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a member of pluss77, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by pluss77 at its discretion. pluss77 reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of each transaction. pluss77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Transactions found to be associated with fraudulent activity will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

pluss77 does not charge members for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, over which pluss77 has no control.

6. Limitation of Liability

pluss77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pluss77 shall not be liable for:

7. Account Suspension and Closure

The account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions.
The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
The account holder has provided false information.
Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members.

Members may also request voluntary self-exclusion or account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned through the member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

All content on the pluss77 platform – including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements – is the property of pluss77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
